Pot Size : Watercress can be grown in small grow bag or container which had 6 inches of depth like24×6 Grow bag or 18×6 Grow Bag.
Soil Requirements:
Watercresswill grow in any well-drained soil. Use soil mix with combination of Red Soil , Vermicompost and cocopeat at a ratio of (2:1:1) . Also add 2-5% of Neem Powder to the soil mix. Neem Powder will act as fungicide.

Sowing Watercress Seeds:
Watercress Seeds can be sown directly into the container where you want them to grow. sow seeds 1/4″ deep and about 1/2″ apart. Cover the seeds with fine garden soil and gently water them. Keep the bed moist until the seeds germinate.
Light and Water requirements:
In order to thrive, watercress must be kept permanently wet. It grows well in shade or full sun.
Common issues:
Remove any heavily infected parts of the plant or Wipe off insects with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol or vegetable oil. You may use a pesticide like Protector-Bio Insecticide for Pest Control, Guardian-Bio Insecticide or Neem oil.
Harvesting
Start harvesting when the plants have become well developed by trimming off the tops of the shoots with scissors. Don’t cut too low down on the plant to ensure the stems produce lots of new growth and sideshoots.
